WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO MWPC?

I believe in calls to service. The night our pastor, Debbie Whaley, was coming to my home for dinner, our then Director of Operations put in her notice. That set of circumstances led me to this role, it is my passion and I have more than 25 years of experience in the fields of: Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and Facilities.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?

My favorite thing about my role is working with our gifted staff to provide the best ministry we can. I appreciate walking alongside and identifying ways to improve the experience for those participating and those leading.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD WE KNOW ABOUT YOU?

I enjoy anything in or near the water. Another interest is cross stitching reproduction samplers. I am lucky to live in a neighborhood that is like living in a park. There are lots of trees, birds, and plenty of green space.
